Hi,
Been trying many times to open a dispute. But upon submitting. Its always and ERROR. Something wrong with paypal site.. what an alibi. Please paypal. Fix this so we can open the dispute and get our money back. Don't let us think your also in cahoots with the ebay sellers. Who are on their side. Not us buyers.

The error received after submitting "Let's try that again. Looks like something went wrong on our end." So frustrating. Before , when problems like this occur. They refer us to the old paypal site. I prefer the old paypal. Much stable and reliable. This new theme/app sucks. So buggy lots of glitches.

Update:
I tried again opening a dispute (not giving up, as the seller just gave me a $5 partial refund, hoping she'll get away with it with just a small refund.) Happy to know that Paypal has finally fixed the issue and I was able to open a dispute today. Disputed amount less the $5 partially refunded by seller. I'm always pushing that the sellers have full responsibility to properly packed our items. Its shippers responsibility. They have full control over the situation. Yet they just lazily packed our items in a plastic pouch with no protection whatsoever. Just dumped them in the plastic pouch and get rid of it. No care whatsoever on what happens to our items if it gets damaged during transit. Its a big insult. That a $300+ purchase just sent in a plastic pouch. Very irresponsible. No buyer wants to receive damaged items.
