To file dispute for NOT AS DESCRIBED, what is permissible maximum number of days from payment?

You have 180 days from the day you made a purchase to file a dispute on your item. You can find more information about your Buyer Protection here: Does PayPal cover my purchase if there's a problem? (Purchase Protection for buyers)
