I opened a dispute that was closed for a non delivered item. Seller provided a shipping transaction that showed delivered. I contacted USPS and they state the item was delivered but it was not my address. So I never received my item. I have no proof that he did ship an item to ME. I shou of not pay for aomething I never received.
