Item not received

I opened a dispute that was closed for a non delivered item. Seller provided a shipping transaction that showed delivered. I contacted USPS and they state the item was delivered but it was not my address. So I never received my item. I have no proof that he did ship an item to ME. I shou of not pay for aomething I never received.

For further assistance, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team directly by choosing Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. From there, our team may be able to review other options with you.
