Hi @wavewalker777,    Thank you for posting! I'm sorry you weren't unable to receive a payment from Fiverr. To receive international payment in India, your account must be KYC verified. If the payment was sent to you prior to completing KYC, it was mostly likely returned to the sender. You will need to reach out to Fiverr and request them to send the payment again. Please ensure your card accepts electronic transfers and transfers in the currency you are attempting to withdraw. If they do, it is possible that our system might be blocking the transfer due to risk. Make sure to access your account from a secure connection and a device you have used in the past. Sometimes clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help. Under your PayPal Credit section, you should see "Current balance" which is the amount you currently owe and under "Available credit" is the amount of your credit line that your have left to spend. Typically, a top up through Bancontact completes within 5 minutes. If there's an issued with the transfer, the funds will be reverted back to Bancontact. Please know that in order to establish a recurring donation, the charity you want to donate to need to offer this option through their website. If you're just sending a payment through your PayPal account, it can only be a one time payment. If the company you work for has a PayPal account, they can send payments as "Goods and Services" or "Friends and Family" to any PayPal user through their email address. Here's how you can send payments. There's no fee for sending a payment unless there's a currency conversion involved or if the payment is sent as "Friends and Family" through a debit or credit card.
