Where is my money?

Hi,

On 11 may i uploaded 50 euro from paypal-opladen.be. But i don't see this money on my paypal account yet. Where goes my money? Also asked on chat support but no one give me answer.

Thank you for posting on the PayPal Community. I am sorry to hear you haven't received the money you added through Bancontact. Typically, a top up through Bancontact completes within 5 minutes. If there's an issued with the transfer, the funds will be reverted back to Bancontact. Since some time has passed since you initiated the transfer, I would suggest reaching out to Bancontact for further assistance. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. - Marissa
