Well, yes and no. I'm getting closer. The problem is that PayPal has my SSN which it has used for years. I successfully added the EIN, but it is not the "default" I waiting to hear back from PayPal to see if they can use the EIN going forward. Seems they have to do some wrangling to get that to happen. So frustrating. Had a sole proprietorship for 20 years. Just incorporated.
Now PayPal tells me they do not allow account owners to be a corporation.
What *is* this argle-bargle.
I mean, come on! The best answer (from being on the phone with support two different times)... is that you can add an EIN (Employer ID number - where a 1099-K for a corp goes). But that is meaningless. Your 1099-K will *always* go to the individual -- under their social security number -- owner of the account. This truly sucks. I'd love to be proven wrong. It would be nice to hear from a PayPal representative to explain why this is not possible. All the paperwork is in order. Meantime, after using PayPal for 20 years, the search is on for a replacement merchant for my new corp

Why is Paypal charging me fees on sales tax? That doesn't seem right. Example: Book is $25.00 Anyone who orders from out of state (no sales tax), the total Fees = $1.26 Someone orders in state, total Fees = $1.34 ???

Using Win 7 (yes, still) and Firefox (latest) and Chrome. Logging into Paypal for 5 days now and home page does not show insights, balance, transfer money. All it shows is the right column "actions" It is impossible to transfer money - or even see the balance now. Anyone else experiencing this? What is the workaround? (Been doing business using PayPal for over 15 years, so not new here)

Searching under *correct* last name of user Searching under *correct* email address of user - yields "no results" Yet entering the subscription ID - there it is. WTH? What have you guys done? I even searched for the user's last name after I refunded him - and NO results. Yes, I was doing it correctly. And it took me five minutes to find how / where I could post this since you have -0- useful contact info available. PS I've been using PayPal as a merchant since 2003; not a newbie.
