Searching under *correct* last name of user
Searching under *correct* email address of user - yields "no results"
Yet entering the subscription ID - there it is.
WTH? What have you guys done?
I even searched for the user's last name after I refunded him - and NO results.
Yes, I was doing it correctly.
And it took me five minutes to find how / where I could post this since you have -0- useful contact info available.
PS
I've been using PayPal as a merchant since 2003; not a newbie.
