Instant transfer didn't work

I just made an instant transfer of $100 to my bank, and the money was taken from my paypal account, but it's not in my bank. This is the first time this has happened to me. I wonder why paypal is holding my money instead of transferring it to my bank. After all these years of having a paypal account, I have finally reached the point of not trusting them. Now I have to cross my fingers and hope for the best when I make a transfer. No confidence anymore.  ... View more

Can't download report

I spoke to someone at C.S. on the phone today and he sent me a message about downloading a report, however, when I clicked download, all I get is one of those forever spinning things. Can someone tell me if there's a work around to get past that? ... View more

@rk-studio    It's a link, a url, a web addess so copy and paste it in the body of the email and send email. That's it. Or paste it on a private message on social media. In messenger, in chat, wherever.   You can add amounts and currency at the end of the url, like so:   How do I request a specific amount? Just add the amount you want to request to the end of your link. For example, use PayPal.Me/YourName/25 to request $25.00. The request will be made in your default currency, which you can change at anytime in your PayPal account settings. You can request a specific currency by adding the currency code to the amount. Customers page not working properly

If you click "More" then "Customers" (on the computer), It only gives you a partial list of customers starting at z. With my list, it only goes from Z to H...then there is no more. I want to get a whole list of my customers but can't. Paypal needs to fix this. It also happens on the app. It goes from A to R and that's it.  I need to get a list of all my customers. Also, there is no way to download it...either on the phone or the computer. ... View more

Try this, assuming you don't have to go back too far:   * Login to your account. * Click "Activity" * Under "Simple" "Detailed" * Click on "Statements" * Click on "Activity export" * Under History * Click "Advanced" * In the drop down box under "Find a Transaction" * You can "Search" by Name     If you need to search your entire Transaction History - here's another option.   Download or export your Transaction History * Login to your account. * Click "Activity" * Under "Simple" "Detailed" * Click on "Statements" * Click on "Activity export" * Select "Custom Date Range" * Select your "From" and "To" Dates * Under File Types for Download - Select "Comma Delimited - All Activity" * Click "Download History" What this process does is export your history to a CSV file, you can then use an app like Excel to sort, view, create and print your own reports. ... I say it is shady. A lot can go wrong if you are accepting payments through your account for goods/services for someone else if they are in charge of delivering goods/services and not you. I see you asked this question or similar before but you don't seem convinced so you're free to go ahead and try it hook line and sinker.  The problem for me is why this site do not have their own PayPal account to receive payments and gotta use yours. ...
