I just made an instant transfer of $100 to my bank, and the money was taken from my paypal account, but it's not in my bank. This is the first time this has happened to me. I wonder why paypal is holding my money instead of transferring it to my bank. After all these years of having a paypal account, I have finally reached the point of not trusting them. Every time it comes time to use paypal.me, I forget how to use it. I'm about to tell a customer to forget it and they'll have to send me their email address so I can send an invoice. But in case they are stubborn,I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to use it. I have used it before but I forgot how to send a paypal.me link. I wanted to find out how much cash back I'm getting so I ended up on a paypal help page that says...."Your lifetime cash back total and current Cash Back earning percentage rate are at the top of the page".....WHAT PAGE??? If you click "More" then "Customers" (on the computer), It only gives you a partial list of customers starting at z. With my list, it only goes from Z to H...then there is no more. I want to get a whole list of my customers but can't. Paypal needs to fix this. It also happens on the app. It goes from A to R and that's it.  I need to get a list of all my customers.
