Hi @rschissler,   Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. It sounds like you have a billing agreement in place for your eBay shipping. If so, you may have your bank or card registered as the primary funding source which would by-pass your balance. Hi @Søren,    Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. We would suggest you take a close look at our Seller Protection policy as there are a couple of things you need to look out for to ensure you are covered, https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security. Make sure the payment is marked as 'Eligible' for Seller Protection. Only ship to the address provided in the payment details section on PayPal and always be sure to have a tracking number so you can show the item has been delivered.    Hope this helps, Siobhan ... Hi @shand50194,   Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. It sounds like you created a second PayPal account. If you are still unable to log in, the quickest way to have this resolved is to call us directly using the 'Help & Contact' option at the bottom of any PayPal page. Hi @Courteney,   Welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems adding this bank. Make sure the bank account is registered under your name and address exactly how they appear on PayPal. A bank account can only be linked to one PayPal account at a time. If you are sure this bank account is not linked to another PayPal account then I am afraid it sounds like it is not compatible. You can use the 'Help & Contact' option to reach out to our support team by phone if you need further help with this. Hi @Leonie-1972,   Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. If you have yet to receive the item you purchased or the item you purchased is significantly different from what was described, you can file a dispute through PayPal by following the steps listed here: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/FAQ1344 . If you are unable to resolve your dispute directly with the seller, then it is important that you escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim within 20 days. By escalating this dispute to a claim, you are asking PayPal to investigate the dispute and determine its outcome. Hi @kinorim1,   Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. In most cases, for verification reasons, you cannot update your date of birth if it has been entered wrong. Once there are no outstanding issues with the account you may be able to close it and open a new account with your correct details. In some cases, you can request that the DOB is updated.
