So, while creating a PayPal account I accidentally put wrong date of birth. And yes, recently I was asked about confirming my identity. Do you guys see any solutions here? Maybe it is just better to create another account?
Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. In most cases, for verification reasons, you cannot update your date of birth if it has been entered wrong. Once there are no outstanding issues with the account you may be able to close it and open a new account with your correct details. In some cases, you can request that the DOB is updated. You would need to upload a copy of your photo ID through the account to do this.
