Unauthorized Purchases case denied???

Recently I had multiple unauthorized purchases made using my PayPal account. My nintendo store account was hacked into and used to buy things on the nintendo store using my PayPal that was linked to this nintendo account. I have emails from nintendo proving that my account was logged into from new devices in countries such as Romania and France moments before the transactions. They for some reason showed up as Automatic Payments such as ones for subscription services, however this is not true. As stated in the emails I received from nintendo after these transactions were made ,"Thank you for adding funds to your Nintendo Account. These funds can now be used to purchase digital games and content from Nintendo" these were not subscription fees but active purchases made on my behalf by people not even living in my country. Is there no way to get my money back now? My account was hacked into and used by multiple people from multiple different countries to buy funds and games for them and now I'm being told "The payment in question was sent as part of a billing agreement you previously set up with the merchant". There are no subscription services on nintendo that charge you $100 x 2, $20 x 1,  and $10 x 2 in the matter of a few minutes. Please if someone could help me figure out how to get this sorted out I would love itemails.png

 Hey, I had the exact same problem. Did you get any help from Paypal or Nintendo?
