I opened business account couple of weeks ago. I tried to link my card to my PayPal account but not received any charge and 4-digit PayPal code on my card statement.
I talked with customer support agent 6/2/2023 and he told me If this charge is not displayed on my bank statement within the next 2 days, then to contact them again by sending them a bank statement for the card, so that they can manually confirm my card in the system. I clicked End Message with customer support by mistake and the conversation has been closed. After that I started a new chat, I have tried to contact the Message Center to speak with customer support agent three times in order to ask them to manually confirm my card, but nobody replied.
My English's is not fluent and that's why I am reluctant to call customer support by phone. I would prefer to connect with customer support agent again so that I can send him a text message instead. I don't know how to get in touch with the customer support agent again.

I am sorry to know that you're having an issue while confirming your card. When you try to confirm a card, the charge appears on your card statement with a 4-digit code and the word PAYPAL, for example : PAYPAL1234 or 1234PAYPAL. In this case, you may remove the card and try to confirm it again to see if that works. If the charge doesn't reflect on the card statement, you will need to contact your card issuer so that they can help you find the code for you. If that's not the case, you will have to reach out to PayPal Customer Support through the available contact options on our website. As you mentioned that you've tried to contact us, I would recommend you to keep trying again during our working hours, it is possible that you will get connected to our representatives as queries are answered in the order they are received.
