If you are referring to unlinking M-Pesa with PayPal, please contact the M-Pesa support team for further assistance at a later time as the Mpesa website is under maintenance. In case, if you change your mind and have other questions related to M-Pesa and PayPal, please follow this link, which has all the related information. If you are referring to just removing the number from the PayPal account, please take a look at Help Center Article link. Kindly be informed that in order to transfer funds from PayPal account the details on both account should match such as name, contact details, billing address, etc.
