Missing credit card link when confirming

I am a new user and trying to confirm my linked credit card. However, after a few code attempts my link is removed from my account expectedly and I can not add the same credit again. Currently, my bank account has been charged 3 times for required payments when confirming but the link is missing for my Paypal account. pls help me thanks a lot

I understand your concern about confirming your financials on the PayPal account. Please be informed that if you tried to confirm the card multiple times, you card should have been blocked by our system due to which you're unable to add it again. In this case, you will have to contact our PayPal Customer Support team through the available contact options on our website to have the card unlocked. 

 

Since you have been charged on the your bank account to confirm it, check for the latest codes and enter it. The small deposits are temporary and will be removed from your bank account.

 

Here are the steps to confirm your bank:

Go to Wallet.

Click the bank you want to confirm.

Enter the exact amounts of the 2 deposits made to your account. 

Click Submit.

 

If you need any help to confirm your bank account, you can contact your financial institution to know the correct codes. If you are unable to find the link to confirm, please try to clear cache and cookies or try using a different browser or device.
