Paypal keeps failing with second time verification code

Whenever I tried to send money paypal fails to send me a verification code to my mobile phone. Tho they easily send it when I log in. Whats the issue ? I'm having this for the first time of 6 years of using paypal.

Please make sure you have access to the number registered on the account for which you receive the code. Also, make sure you are under strong network to receive the SMS.
