Account Deactivated without finishing procedure to register

Good day,

 

I was in the process of registering a business account. After answering the 1st question I received an email in where I was asked to take action on my PayPal Business Account and clicked on "Complete Information Now".

 

After answering the next question about name address email and other personal information, I immediately received an email saying "Important: Account features have been deactivated".

I didn't even put in Bank account numbers or Credit card numbers...

All in all, I did not even finish the registration or had the chance to finish answering other questions.

 

I'm not able to contact PayPal through email etc.

Can someone, in the community or at PayPal, explain to me why I got the message "Account features have been deactivated" without even having the Account activated yet???

Is there a way to get this solved somehow??
