Adding A Card

After unlinking my old card from my old account and closing it I can’t add it to my new one cause it says it is still connected. I have been trying to do it for awhile now and it’s really setting me back.

I am sorry to know that you're unable to add your card. Please be informed that once you have removed the card from the account, you can try to link the card after 72 hours. In this case, please clear the cache and cookies and try again at a later time. If the issue still persists, please contact PayPal Customer Support through the available contact options on our website so that our representative can manually remove the card.

I am doing this via the app, my old account was closed over 2 weeks ago and I still can’t add my card from my old account to my new account, I don’t have a phone number unfortunately so I can’t really call the support line.

Welcome back again! I am sorry to know that you're still running into this issue. You should be able to find the PayPal phone number in the "contact us" details on our website. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
