Weird refund case

Hi, I did a refund and the company told me the refund has been made. But I didn't get my money in PayPal, the company said PayPal has the responsibility

Hey, it didn't work.

According to Riot Games the refund had been sent but after checking in PayPal I found out that it wasn't refund or something.
