Hi, I recently (23/02/2023) requested a payment refund through Paypal. I did this to choose a different payment method from a product I sold. The user agreed and the transaction was completed today. However, I noticed that Paypal charged my credit card with the same amount without my permission when the refund was performed. I have done other refunds in the past without Paypal taking money from my linked bank account. May I ask why is this happening and how I can get my money back? I would appreaciate any further help or suggestion.
Thank you in advance.
