On Feb. 28, I received a pre-auth on my credit card for an order I had placed. The actual transaction went through and was ~$10 more than the pre-auth. The order has since shipped, but the charge that shows on Paypal is not showing up on my credit card.
I tried the message Paypal service but that isn't working.
