I have a business in my home country (not UK). I will open a legal business in UK for some investments I will make. Will I be able to own 2 Businesses (different names, phones, emails, credit cards etc)? Because PayPal states that you can have 1 Business and 1 personal. But it also states that as long as the accounts have different names, phones, cards etc this should not be an issue.
The PayPal Account in UK will be for the Business that is located in UK. The business (legal entity) will open a PayPal into the country that is physically located (UK office address, UK Tax ID, UK phone etc). About the 1 Business only, are you sure? I think what that means is that if your name for example is "ABCD" you are allowed to have a Personal Account for "ABCD" and another Business Account for "ABCD" aka 1 Personal and 1 Business. Since a legal entity (business) is a separate entity from its owner I think this rule does not apply here as all information for the new Business account will be 100% different than my other personal or even 2nd business account. But if you are 100% sure I guess I will need to check it again.
I said you can't have x2 business accounts (unless customer services approves that), you can have 2 accounts as long as one is personal and the other one is a business account as per link.
