Receiving money from utest account

I have linked my utest account to paypal one month ago while no money was received although i have linked my email and number

Did you add a Visa card?

PayPal Receive Funds and Automatic Transfer Agreement

 

If the money went back to Utest, try cashing out again after adding Visa card.
