I don't see the cash a check option in my wallet can someone tell me why that might be

Cash a check feature is only available in PayPal app and you need to have a personal account and set up a balance account to be able to hold funds from your check in your PayPal balance.

How do I set up a PayPal balance account or do I know if I have one already
