I am sorry to know that you're having issues with the withdrawal to Mpesa. After the transfer has been confirmed, it takes between 2 hours to 3 calendar days to process a withdrawal from your PayPal account to your M-PESA account, depending on the transaction value. The estimated time will be presented to you before confirming the transaction and the status of the transaction shows as "completed", please reach out to Mpesa and ask for the release. If you have not received the funds, kindly contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you accordingly to trace the funds. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues transferring funds to your MPesa account. You will only be able to withdraw money up to the available USD balance shown in your PayPal account. If you hold a balance in your PayPal account in a different currency, you will need to convert it to USD for it to be available to transfer to MPesa.

Hi, I have been trying to withdraw money from PayPal to MPESA for the last four days to no avail. Anytime I check your website, I get a message

Nothing seems to change, am still stuck in the same loop after four days. Could you kindly assist and let us know how long we are supposed to wait?
