Hi there, I am a buyer of a service transaction. During the day when I sent the payment, the seller has updated the order status. However, the seller accidentally place the status as "On hold". When he attempts to re-update the status to "Order Processed", there is error message stating that he just updated the order. Any advise on how the seller can update the status? Or is it expected that the seller can only update the status once per day?

I don’t understand. When order status is edited/changed again, it is normal to be told the order status was updated though.. Do you mean it said the order status CANNOT be updated? If yes, seller may try to update order status again tomorrow.

Yes, after the first update (the seller mistakenly set as "On Hold"), the seller can no longer update the Order Status. There was an error message stated "You have just update the order status."
This is solved now after the seller contacted Paypal support. Thanks for the advice anyway. 🙂

Sorry to know that you're not able to update the order status in your PayPal account. Firstly, I suggest you to try some trouble shooting steps like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or using a different browser/device to see if this works. If the issue persists after trying these, I recommend you to contact PayPal support team to add your information to any of the open tickets to help the technical team to get this reviewed and resolved.
