I have a business account, and I know I can not receive money from Indian users, but I want to know can I receive USD from other international users and will I be able to transfer this received USD to other PayPal user.
My question is entirely different @kernowlass I just want to know, am I able to transfer the USD that I received from other users to other international PayPal users?
Cause I think, I read somewhere that when you receive payment you can't use it for other Paypal purchases, you have to withdraw it. In my case I don't want to purchase I just want to transfer these amounts to other users.
