Can't change my account type from business to personal

I can't switch my account type back to personal. I was suggested to switch my account type to business for donations while streaming but I cannot transfer my money into the card I always transfer to. It keeps sending me errors, not recognizing my bank, I want to switch it back to personal. I have filed a report for this but I checked the "Resolution Center" and Paypal has not recorded my report!!!!! They said they would get back to me when I spoke on the customer support chat BUT none of this is has officiated. I tried filing a report once more and it just won't let me. This feels like a joke my money is basically being kept without my consent as I have been trying to find a way to withdraw it for days now and I have recieved 0 help.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
