Cancel billing agreement/pre-approved payments on behalf of customer

Hello,

I am wondering how I can cancel a 'billing agreement' on behalf of a customer?

I have customers who donate to my business by "subscribing" to me as a creator through ko-fi.com. This creates a "Pre-approved payment" for them. The transactions that I receive from these customers all have a "Billing Agreement ID".

I cannot find a way to cancel the pre-approved payment/billing agreement on behalf of my customer. It does not appear in "Subscriptions" (https://www.paypal.com/billing/subscriptions) and it does not appear in Recurring series invoices (https://www.paypal.com/invoice/s/recurring/manage).

Is it possible?

Thanks, James

Hi Rachel,

As mentioned in my original post, these pre-approved payments do not appear in "Subscriptions". Please see this screenshot of my subscription list.

Please also see this redacted screenshot as an example of a payment I have received today from a customer which (I believe) is a "pre-approved payment" with a "Billing Agreement ID". Please let me know how it is possible to cancel this recurring payment on behalf of my customer.

Many thanks, James

Thanks for the reply @Jackanakanory12, I'm sorry to hear you're still running into some road-blocks finding those subscriptions. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams using the link Rachel provided above for further assistance.

Good luck!
