Hi Rachel, As mentioned in my original post, these pre-approved payments do not appear in "Subscriptions". Please see this screenshot of my subscription list. Please also see this redacted screenshot as an example of a payment I have received today from a customer which (I believe) is a "pre-approved payment" with a "Billing Agreement ID". Please let me know how it is possible to cancel this recurring payment on behalf of my customer. Many thanks, James
