Hello @Yasser30,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I understand that you're expecting a refund from the merchant. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. If your payment came from your card, it will be refunded to that card. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to complete a refund. If the payment was processed through your bank account, it will be refunded to that bank account. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account. Here's the Help Center Article to know more information. A dispute will automatically close after 20 days unless it’s been escalated. If the seller agreed to issue a refund, make sure to check the refund has been credited on the account, only then please proceed to close the case. Once the case has been closed you won't be able to re-open the case if there are any issues with it.
Regards,
Ayesha
