Unable to open a dispute as sellers email address bounces back

Hello - After 5 days waiting I still have not received any contact or confirmation from a seller in the US about a documenary DVD I ordered on their website. When i try emailing the seller I receive a daemon Non-Deliverable Mail message saying 'user does not exist'.   I need a refund but cannot open a dispute.   Paypal AI chatbot insists I contact the seller about it, but this is clearly not possible.  Can I cancel this order and receive a refund?  Any help much appreciated, Mary363, Scotland, UK
