PayPal non-profit verification problem. Please help us!

Our non-profit organization set up a GoFundMe campaign three months ago to raise money to install an HD video camera so we can livestream the eaglets in a Bald Eagle's nest located here in Northern California.   We have been unable to receive the GoFundMe money from the PayPal  because of a non-profit verification issue.   We have a PayPal case number but we haven't had any recent communication from the Giving Fund.   Can anyone advise us on how we can track the progress of our case so we can get it promptly resolved?     The eagles will be laying their eggs soon!

As per the information that you've shared, it seems like your account is limited.  Account Limitations prevent you from completing certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. Usually, PayPal asks you to complete some steps to remove your account limitation. To know the status of the limitation process, you can contact the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM.
