PayPal say they give seller time to respond to confirmation they receive return of item on 9 December, What if they don't reply is it then In my favour , I was given a offer return for full refund I have sent tracking to the case and 6 different information seller say can't afford return and I don't do returns, Even when I put in not as described, I bought a working item I don't want to fix electronics for the funds I paid much voltage danger

This is what they say I will receive refund when seller confirmation Given the that seller has received the package They have until that certain date to respond decision will be made after that date

Wait for the decision, once tracking shows the item as delivered you should get your refund.
