Limited accounts

I received an email notifying me that my account is limited, I have tried to contact support and have not received any response. I have used my account for over 10 years and have never made any purchases that would violate the rules, I have thought that maybe someone tried, or succeeded, to hack my account and because of this the limitation was made. Please I need to fix this because it is very difficult for me to get around due to a disability and this is my main way to make payments necessary for my daily life.
