Reya Digital OÜ payments deducted without permission

Hi,

I too had an unexpected $59.99 deduction from my PayPal account by Reya Digital OÜ a month after paying ~$16 which I thought was the total cost for this "procrastination" app. It certainly isn't worth $60.00. I stopped automatic payments in PayPal and also contacted them directly to demand a refund. I saw no mention of the $60.00 charge when I installed the app, If it was there, it was deftly and unethically concealed.

This is identical to your issue, a PayPal customer support rep has responded to this issue with instruction as to how you should proceed.

I understand your recent subscription to Reya Digital OÜ increased from what you originally paid, and I'm sorry to hear that, @lilifrancklyn. If the original subscription was never authorized, you would want to file an unauthorized dispute like the post, @Grimreepr, shared. Thanks for sharing those details and helping answer posts! 

Since your situation is a little different, @lilifrancklyn, I recommend considering filing an Incorrect Transaction Amount dispute. If the merchant never advised that the subscription payment would increase, then this type of dispute would fit your situation the best. Additionally, if you do not wish to continue your subscription with the merchant, you'll want to follow these instructions to cancel it. 

If you have already opened a different type of dispute and need to update the case type, you typically can do so within your Resolution Center. However, you can also reach out to Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
