You have set up pre-approved payments for a merchant. But no money is deducted.

I want to sponsor the author through the website, but when I choose to use PAYPAL, it only tells me "You have set up pre-approved payments for a merchant." But no money is deducted. What's going on? How can I make the payment successfully?

I do understand that you have a query regarding your pre approved payment. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your concern. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
