refund of voided transaction by merchant which doesnt show in paypal activity

Dear Community

i made a purchase through online website from usa which the merchant voided the transaction as he thought its a fraud; however when iam log in to my paypal account its doesn't show that particular transaction in activity section; as well iam not able to contact paypal support. in my bank account the transaction shows as amount got deducted and its not credited. the card i used its visa credit card from uae.
