Hi is it possible to reopen a PayPal dispute? PayPal did me **bleep**ing dirty siding with the buyer when it clearly look that the buyer scammed me🤬

You have up to 10 days to appeal. Normally you can only do that if their is new information that you have available that you didn't have at the time of paypals intial decision.
If there is not an appeal option in the resolution centre then contact customer services to do so.
