I have created a case about a possible scam, but it does not appear in the resolution center.

Basically about the title, I am concerned that the case has not been registered correctly. Through my email I can access the case, but in the resolution center it shows 0 open cases and 0 closed cases. Should I be worried? It is a case of possible scam and I would like it to be solved as soon as possible.

I am sorry to know that you've run into some issues with accessing the dispute in your PayPal account. I suggest you to try some troubleshooting like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device to see if you can access the dispute in the resolution center. If the issue persists after these, please contact the support team to check this further.
