I can't find "Appeal Case" link in the resolution centre

After raising a dispute i.e. Amount has not been transferred into my bank account. Paypal responded and closed the case. Though, in their email, they wrote, I can "Appeal" but I can't find anywhere that link under Resolution Centre.

 

Anyone know how to "Appeal" the case/dispute and send additional documents?

I do understand that you want to appeal PayPal's decision. Please read this article to know how this can be done. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

@PayPal_Chinmaye  - I think you didn't read or understand my question. Of course, I can login to Paypal, otherwise, how will I go to the Resolution Centre? Secondly, before sending a message here, I'd read the article you mentioned in the help section.

 

There is NO "Appeal case" link, once you click the Case ID under Resolution Centre, to provide additional material / info related to the case.
