Business account verification: Sorry, something's not right. Please try again later.

I’ve been a PayPal user for several years, and my account was fully verified a few years ago. Recently, my account has been frozen with the message: "Sorry, something's not right. Please try again later."

The issue seems to stem from changes in my company’s ownership and directorship. The company was previously owned and managed by someone else, but I purchased it and am now the CEO, with a different director in place. A few months ago, I submitted requests to update the account information to reflect these changes, but I’ve not received any resolution.

Recently, PayPal requested information about verification and it was showing the previous beneficiary, but the system didn’t allow me to update the details. I uploaded the requested identification documents for the old director and beneficiary , but I couldn’t change the beneficiary information in the account. In an attempt to proceed, I mistakenly selected the option indicating the company has no beneficiary, which isn’t accurate, and the form was submitted automatically.

I’m now at a loss regarding how to proceed. I’ve tried to resolve this issue through the available channels, but I’ve found it difficult to get help, especially since company is in outside the U.S., where customer support is just not exist.

If anyone has experience with a similar situation or knows how I can resolve this, I’d greatly appreciate your guidance.
