Hello, I have a few questions about setting up my PayPal business account for a single-member LLC:
1. I am a foreign national without an SSN. Can I use my EIN (Employer Identification Number) instead of an SSN for tax reporting and account verification?
2. My EIN application is currently being processed. Can I complete the rest of the required profile information now and add the EIN once it is issued?
3. My company is a single-member LLC with only me as the owner. For the name fields during account setup, should I use my legal personal name as shown on my government-issued ID, or my company's name?
I appreciate any guidance or advice. Thank you!

You can't use another countries paypal account if you don't live and run that company from within that country.
If you have a U.S paypal account then you need an SSN and need to live in the U.S.
Confirmed by a paypal employee in this thread.
