PayPal requested my SSN or ITIN for verification, but I only have the EIN used to create my account.

PayPal has requested that I verify my identity using either my SSN or ITIN. However, I do not have either of these because I am not a U.S. resident—I am from Pakistan. My company, however, is registered in the United States, specifically in the state of New Mexico. When I created my PayPal account, it was for business purposes, and I used my EIN to register it.

Additionally, I have complied with all necessary legal requirements for my U.S.-registered business, including submitting my BOI report. Given that my PayPal account was created for my company, I would like to know if my EIN and BOI report can be used to fulfill PayPal’s verification requirements, as these documents are directly tied to my business.

Paypal is country specific so to use a U.S paypal account you must live in the U.S and 'run' any company from within the U.S.

You would also need an SSN like all U.S citizens do.
