paypal has said once I return the item I can have a full refund (agreed with the company)

Just ask paypal customer services for the address they want you to return the item back to?
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I’m not going to bother and I know this what the company is hoping, I’ve got an address for somewhere in HK it’s probably going to cost more to return than to buy the thing in the first place, just so angry with my self for falling into there evil trap of ripping people off

Quick tip if they are advertising on Social Media then take care as most of those are China companies selling tat.
A quick google search will aid you risk assessing your future purchases.

Sorry to hear the issue with your purchase. Payments sent as Friends & family payments are not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. When there's a problem with friends and family payment, you have to work with the recipient toward a resolution. If a resolution can't be met and you paid via card or bank, you may want to reach out to your financial institution to seek other dispute options.
If you've sent the payment as a goods & services payment, you can appeal the outcome of the case by providing the new information within 10 days of the case closure. Please contact the PayPal team to request an appeal of your claim.

I am having a HORRIBLE TIME WITH A RETURN TO CHINA! THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. IT TOOK WELL OVER A MONTH TO GET MY ITEMS. THEY ARE THE WRONG SIZE PAYPAL TAKES2 WEEKS TO LOOK AT MY DISPUTE AND NOW I AM EXPECTED TO RETURN THE THINGS TO CHINA IN 7 DAYS. THE ADDRESS DOESN'T EXIST. I AM STUCK PAYING FOR THIS GARBAGE BECAUSE IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN IT TO THE BACK ALLEY SWEAT SHOP IT CAME FROM!!!! Naturally I CAN'T ATTACH A PHOTO OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE ON HERE. I AM 71 AND I DON'T NEED THIS AGGRAVATION!!
