Who can I contact to get a refund from ZERO-MIRACLE NETWORK LIMITED

Hi 

I am trying to get a refund from these people. I have emailed them but don’t hold out much hope. I tried to cancel it the day after ordering as I discovered really bad reviews about them. Starting searching after I had no confirmation of my order.

Should have checked initially, my mistake! 
Any advice would be appreciated.

I am too having problems with Zero Miracle Network Limited. My goods were ordered on 10/04/2024, still not received. Don’t use Euro- Saving
