GTHW App - Fraudulent subscription payment

This company took money from my account and I have no idea who they are?

I see you're looking for the details of a transaction in your account. You can review the transaction details in the activity page of your PayPal account and selecting the payment in question, and a full transaction receipt will be provided. Any information about the payment will be notated there. To view the subscriptions in your PayPal account, please follow the steps listed here. 

You have to contact the merchant to know more about the subscription details like free trail etc. To see the seller’s contact information :

Go to Activity.
Select the payment.
Use the contact information on this page to contact the seller.

Like others here, I am pretty confused as to why I’m being charged by this company. From googling, I can see they have the Headway app, but I have never signed up for that, I definitely don’t have the app on my phone and never have. I have a emailed the company to ask for a refund. I’ll let you know ho I go. RCJ.

I have the same experience and I did write to them and received a reply to say 

" We are currently experiencing a higher-than-usual load, which may result in longer response times. We kindly request your patience during this time."

Well I'm not surprised! please post back here if you receive the same reply. this is disgusting and they took nearly £80 from me. I dont have their app either.

Have the same problem and only just realised today through my PayPal app notification as I started using recently. Over $100USD and I never signed up to the subscription after the trial. First payment was last year of $14 and subsequently it's been $22.37UsD every three months. I haven't used the app in months and there's nothing on the Headway app but and subscription status showing 'Active'. Just very dodgy.

It’s an app called headway. you signed up for a subscription.

I never used the app "Headway" but apparently I made 2 monthly subscriptions on them, one at 4 AM and one at 4:01 AM. It's a book app, I don't even read

I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized subscription purchases that went through. If you haven't already, you can file an unauthorized dispute using these steps on our Help Center. After that, please reset your password and security questions. I also recommend setting up 2-Step Verification and reviewing any other potential subscriptions that might have been created. If the case is automatically closed because they were subscriptions, you can request an appeal by contacting Customer Support.

Me too! November 21, 2023. Except I briefly accepted a promotion with them, never used it, and subsequently canceled my subscription and deleted my account. But they just charged me through PayPal today.

Hello, same company same issue here, they just booked around 64Dollars of my account ! I know where it's from so everyone may check your appstore for REMINI app. Not even 5h ago I agreed to a testversion (7days) they immediately scraped 64bucks from my account.... They might do other Apps to (idk) Will report
