I have the same experience and I did write to them and received a reply to say  " We are currently experiencing a higher-than-usual load, which may result in longer response times. We kindly request your patience during this time." Well I'm not surprised! please post back here if you receive the same reply. this is disgusting and they took nearly £80 from me.
