Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you have some unrecognized activity on your PayPal account. Normally, the best option is to start with an unauthorized dispute when you encounter activity you did not authorize on your PayPal. That process should walk you through changing your password and security questions as well. Please don't forget to review the subscriptions on your account to make sure there are no more surprise automatic payment profiles signed up there.

I was charged twice on the same day two separate months even though I cancelled after the free trial period and my subscription in settings on my phone shows this.
This company is acting in a fraudulent way intentionally or has some serious glitches which makes me even more nervous.
I have made the paypal account inactive for this merchant - you need to change it to inactive for this merchant in Paypal and check in settings on your phone under subscriptions the n lodge a dispute with PayPal.

It just happened to me too! It's almost one year later. If they are ding this fraud, why paypal is still letting them? Did you find a solution?!
