May I provide additional information that I have provided the customer with our consulting services in full. If a client has problems with 3D Secure, then this is the responsibility of the bank only, not mine.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with a case opened up against a sale. 

 

You should have the option to respond to a case that is opened via your PayPal Resolution Center:  How do I respond to a PayPal dispute filed by my buyer?

 

You can also review the PayPal Seller Protection Policy for some more helpful advice.
